Business consultant David Zorzi, who was awarded the 2018 Distinguished Service Award by the Association of Small Business Administration (ASBA), says that there are four important steps that can help lead your team to succeed: Be a team player.

It is very easy to get angry and frustrated and upset and it can make things difficult.”

“The first thing that I would say is you have to understand what you are looking for,” he says.
“You have to get to know the people in the team.

If you have people that are self centred and very self focused and who are not going to do what you want them to do, then you have a difficult time building trust.”

“Because you can do whatever you want and it will be more enjoyable.”
